We pray for those who will gather in the Cathedral this week for the Melbourne Diocesan Synod (17-20 Oct)
Almighty and everliving God, give wisdom and understanding, to the members of the Synod of this Diocese: teach us in all things to seek first your honour and glory; may we perceive what is right have courage to pursue it and grace to accomplish it, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Changes to Services Times during Synod:
Wednesday 17th October:
No 5.10pm Evensong. 7.00pm Synod Opening Eucharist (All Welcome)
Thursday 18th October:
No 5.10pm Evensong. Synod Session will commence at 7pm with Evening Prayer
Friday 19th October:
No 5.10pm Evensong. Synod Session will commence at 7pm with Evening Prayer
Saturday 20th October:
No 10.00am Mandarin Service or 12.15 Eucharist.
Synod Business session will commence at 10am and conclude that afternoon.
Please note during Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday there will be limited access to the Cathedral for visiting.
