We offer a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where people feel safe to have a go and practise speaking English. Classes run each Monday, beginning on 12 February 2024 for most of the school terms.
Every week we have different activities involving speaking in English about a wide range of different topics: everything from places of interest in Melbourne to finding a job. Our students come from a wide range of countries, ages, social backgrounds, religions and English speaking abilities. At the end of each session a short 10-minute story from the Christian Bible is told. Classes are open to anyone over the age of 18 who are looking to improve their English speaking. Location
Classes will take place in the Cathedral’s Education & Ministry Centre, which can be accessed via Chapter House Lane (entrance at the bottom of the stairs of Chapter House Lane Coffee)

Class run from 2.30pm to 4.30pm (Doors open at 2.20pm) on the following dates:
