At 6pm on Sunday 28 April, St Paul’s Cathedral will hold a Solemn Choral Evensong commemorating those who perished in the acts of terror in Sri Lanka on Easter Day.

We will be joined by Sri Lankan consular representatives and members of Melbourne’s diverse and vibrant Sri Lankan community, as we pray for those who mourn loved ones, for the injured and distressed, and for all those committed to the work of peace.

Although this will be a Christian service, those of any faith, or of no particular faith, are warmly welcome to attend.

The service will be livestream via our Facebook page. A copy of the Order of Service can be found here: Evensong with Prayers for Peace Sri Lanka

Doors will open for the service at 5.15pm.
