Dean Andreas Loewe said:
‘I am delighted to welcome three very distinguished members of our Governing Body, the Cathedral Chapter. I sincerely congratulate Brian and Paul on their elections as Chapter Canons, and Helen on her appointment by the Archbishop. Together they bring an enormous breadth of skill and experience to their new roles in the governance of our Cathedral, enabling St Paul’s to be a home church for Anglicans across Victoria, and a place where many may to come to know about and follow Jesus Christ. Do join us in welcoming Canons Dwyer, Glass and Rosner and pray for them as they take up their new responsibilities’.
