Precentor to Take Long Service Leave

Next month, the Revd Kirsty Brown will join the ministry team as Acting Precentor while Archdeacon Heather takes long service leave from 15 March – 17 May.

The Dean said: “I am grateful to Kirsty for coming on board to assume the responsibilities of our Precentor. We have a longstanding relationship with Kirsty through her work, for 18 years, as Business Manager of our boys’ choir school Trinity Grammar, Kew. We look forward to her joining the team at St Paul’s while Archdeacon Heather takes long service leave”.

The Revd Kirsty Brown said: “The ministry of the Cathedral plays such a significant role within our wonderful city and as the home church of our diocesan parishes. It is my privilege and delight to be joining the ministry team whilst the Precentor is on long service leave. I look forward to getting to know the congregation and in serving alongside you during this time.”
