Gaia is open to the public during the Cathedral’s normal visiting hours. Please do check opening times for the day you wish to visit. Admission is free.

SundayThe Cathedral is open for services only

Night-time Opening: Gaia will be open for a special night-time viewing on Friday 8 July, 6.00pm – 9.30pm

Please note, last entry for visiting Gaia is 30 mins prior to closing.

There is no charge for entry to the Cathedral to see Gaia, but donations are encouraged. Donations are vital for supporting the Cathedral’s ongoing Mission and Ministry, and to continue to enable important projects and exhibitions like Gaia

Due to other services & events taking place in the Cathedral, Gaia will also be closed to visiting during these times:

  • Friday 1 July: The Cathedral will be closed for visiting in the morning for a Funeral.
