The next meeting of Thursdays at 2.00 will be held on Thursday, 26 June at 2.00pm in the Barbara Darling Room.  The speaker will be Dr Josephine Telfer. Josie, who is a visual artist, will talk about the wonder of God’s creativity in the world He has made. In her studies of Art History, she learned of the role of Giotto, a thirteenth-century Italian artist who presented a major shift in art towards a more realistic and emotional depiction of religious scenes. Josie’s continuing studies of creative thinking will show how we can learn to creatively solve the problems we all experience in our everyday lives. God’s Creativity will be discussed with references from Genesis and Revelation. As always everyone is welcome to attend irrespective of age.
