At our 10am service on Sunday 6th of August we welcome the Consul-General of Japan, Mr Junji Shimada, and members of the Japanese community to the Cathedral as we mark Hiroshima Peace Day, and pray for peace in our world and a future without the threat of atomic weapons.

Members of Ikebana International (Melbourne Chapter) will be providing specially created floral arrangements for the service and the Dean, the Very Revd Dr Andreas Loewe, will preach.
