10 year-old pianist Jacqueline Wang is a prize-winner in international competitions in Poland, Thailand, and Indonesia. In 2024, age 9, she was awarded the AMEB LMusA Diploma with Distinction, one of the youngest-ever recipients of this prestigious award, and also made her concerto debut performing Mozart’s ‘Jeunehomme’ Concerto with the Jakarta Concert Orchestra. She will perform works by Mozart, Liszt, Schumann, Debussy, and her favourite composer, Chopin.

About our Lunchtime Concert Series:
A series of lunchtime concerts was launched in April 2013 to encourage city workers and others to come into and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Cathedral during the day. These concerts at 1pm on Wednesdays provide fine music and space for contemplation in the midst of a busy week.
