Notice of Annual General Meeting

The 2024 Annual General Meeting of St Paul’s Cathedral will be held in-person on Sunday 30 June 2024 at 11.15am, following the combined Patronal Festival Eucharist at 10.00am.

As usual, we would like to invite members of the electoral roll to submit their questions to the meeting in advance. The deadline for question submissions is Friday 28 June. To submit a question please do so by email to welcome@stpaulscathedral.org.au or by phone to 03 9653 4333.


If you are not yet a member of our electoral roll or would like to update your contact information, please complete and submit an application form to the Cathedral Office by Sunday, June 14 2024.

A reminder, those of you already enrolled do not have to re-enrol, though do let us know if your contact details have changed. If you have not yet joined our electoral roll, anyone who has been a regular worshipper in person over the past year, is over the age of 18, and an Anglican Christian (or a member of a church in communion with the Anglican Church) can apply to join the roll.

Lay Canon Election Following the resignation of Canon Mia Lucas-Bray, there is a casual vacancy for a lay canon to be elected by members of the electoral roll at the AGM. For a position description and nomination form please contact the Dean’s Assistant. Interested members are encouraged to talk to the Dean about the duties and expectations of this role.
